No to Convenience Euthanasia

Convenience Euthanasia is ending an animal’s life for non-medical reasons.

We are against Convenience Euthanasia, and the peach donut is our symbol for "No to Convenience Euthanasia".

As humans age, preventive health care reduces health risks and improves the quality of life. There are also hospices for end-of-life care to offer comfort care and a dignified departure.

We see animals as fellow sentient beings, so we want animals to have the same healthcare support in terms of preventive healthcare and palliative care.

As animal rescuers, our job is to understand what an injured or sick animal needs to recover. We do not have the right to end an animal’s life for non-medical reasons.

Grandpa Joe

In June 2023, we adopted Grandopa Joe because a "rescue" group wanted to put him down. Therer was no medical reason to do so!

Grandpa Joe's birthday is on 8 Aug 2023.

We celebrate his birthday by raising awareness of Convenience Euthanasia. Come sign his birthday card!
